Winery at Versailles

You must be 21 years of age to order or receive wine. We utilize the Adult Signature (must be 21 or older) form with UPS for all shipping orders. At time of delivery, an adult, 21 years of age or older must sign for release to receive the wine shipment. Wine will NOT be left without this signature. Proper ID will be required.

The Winery at Versailles can ship your wine in the state of Ohio and currently to the following states: (PLEASE NOTE: these states can change at any time and we are not responsible for the changes. We will work within the state laws and will do our best to furnish you with the most updated list.) You must provide a physical address (no P.O. addresses).

ALASKA - Limited to certain Zip Codes (please send email with Zip Code you are considering)

FL - No restrictions

IOWA - 2 cases per MONTH per customer

ILL - 2 cases per YEAR per customer

Min - 2 cases per YEAR per customer

MO - 2 cases per YEAR per customer

New Mex - 2 cases per MONTH per customer

OR - 2 cases per MONTH per customer

Wis - 1 case per YEAR per customer

We will accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover only. There is a 6 bottle minimum order. We will add $18.00 shipping for 6 bottles and $23.00 for a case of 12 bottles. Shipping is by UPS only. 7% Ohio sales tax will be added to your order. Out of state shipping charges will be an extra charge based on zip code.

If purchasing 12 or more bottles, a 10% discount is given before tax and shipping. Enter code WV12 while checking out to calculate this discount!

All bottles are 750 ml unless noted otherwise.

Any returns to The Winery at Versailles must be accompanied by a sales receipt and must be returned or exchanged within a 30 day period from date of purchase. Returns will receive an in store credit or gift certificate to be used in the winery.

UPS delivery in the state of Ohio is generally next day, with the most being two days. Out of state shipments are generally 2 to 7 days depending on area. This is from the time of pickup in our store by UPS.
